manifesto

Software should not demand more of your time. Instead, it should act on your behalf, when appropriate, to help you save it. At The ARDT Collective, we build agentic products that intrinsically understand every user by first learning their context, constraints, and preferences before moving with precision and intention. Reflection before action.

This tenet sets our stance on data and context. We believe that data is depth and context is capability. When systems can accurately mirror their users, they stop hallucinating and start providing tangible value. Yet, capability is nothing if not paired with the right values and character. So, we make three commitments: 1) privacy by design, 2) consent as a feature, and 3) clear, tractable explainability. In other words, your data remains portable, encrypted, and deletable, with no undisclosed training. It's simply yours.

With trust and context in place, we focus on making each product a 10x improvement over its legacy counterpart. As a result, we discuss moats frequently at The ARDT Collective. Thus, aside from building reliable, continually improving, highly personalized product experiences via increasingly rich context, taste and design are forever paramount to us. Useful first, delightful always.

Our first product operationalizes these principles: floe is the social cheat code that will allow anyone to spur human connection in tomorrow's agentic AI paradigm.

At The ARDT Collective of New York, we are a team of researchers, designers, and engineers building bespoke models, features, and software to extend what is possible and redefine the human perception of useful products. We prototype in the wild and polish the final 10 percent of engineering and UX that most teams ignore, all while operating at New York pace.

Agentic, Reflective, Data-driven, and Transformative in solving problems that matter. If this resonates with you, build with us.
